1. Introduction
Welcome to nPe, an application developed by Wenoxo Technologies Private Limited that enables users to top up their digital vault and make purchases at participating partner shops using vault points. By registering and using our app, users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. User Registration and Account
- Users must register by providing accurate and complete information.
- Each user account is linked to a wallet (“vault”) where funds added by the user are converted into vault points.
- One vault point equals one Indian Rupee (1.00 INR).
- Users are responsible for maintaining their account credentials and ensuring their security.
3. Vault Top-up and Usage
- Users can top up their vault using supported digital payment methods.
- Each user account is linked to a wallet (“vault”) where funds added by the user are converted into vault points.
- Vault points can be used only for purchases made at onboarded partner shops within our ecosystem.
- Vault points have no cash value outside the application and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
4. Purchase and Payment Process
- The user visits a partner shop, scans the QR code displayed there, views the available product list, and completes the purchase using vault points.
- The shop receives instant payment confirmation through its soundbox and merchant app.
- A purchase receipt and transaction details will be shown within the user's app.
5. Shop Onboarding and Data Insights
- Only verified and approved shops onboarded into our system can accept payments through the app.
- Shop owners have access to purchase data and analytics to understand customer behavior and provide offers or loyalty rewards.
- Data shared with shop owners is limited to transactional insights and does not include personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for business interaction.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to sell, exchange, or misuse vault points in any unauthorized manner.
- Comply with all updates and system changes notified by Wenoxo Technologies Private Limited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Wenoxo Technologies Private Limited is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access, merchant disputes, system downtimes, or errors by third-party service providers.
- Any issues regarding product quality, pricing, or delivery are the responsibility of the respective shop.
8. Modification of Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified through the app or website. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil, TamilNadu.
